The artmoney artist accepts payment by VISA / VISA, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. Payment will be charged to your account once it is shipped. 

The payment system encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS. 


The artmoney artist tries to strive to dispatch orders received before pm. 12:00 will be sent the same day. Orders received after at. 12:00 will only be sent the next day. In the case of the purchase of a membership, with no obligation to make a shipment, the membership will be conducted as soon as possible. 

The artmoney artist ensures delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise stated) to the costumer on the date requested in the order. Timely delivery requires however that Post Denmark lives up to the day-to-day delivery service. If there are delays at Post Denmark, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Danmark's quality of supply is at least 97% of letter packages and minimum 99% of the parcel. Note, however, that these percentages are average and can cover local and temporary variations. The artmoney artist cannot be held responsible for delays in Post Denmark. In the case of very late (several days) or outright defaulted delivery, The artmoney artist obviously forward a new delivery free of charge. 


The artmoney artist provides 2 years warranty under the Sale of Goods Act, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about any deficiencies that should be noticed when using the product must be communicated to The artmoney artist within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment if necessary.

Goods are also are also returned to this address - note that we do not receive packages sent “COD.” Returns can also be done by refusing to receive the delivery or by delivering the goods personally to us. There are 14 days return right on the goods, from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received and approved, the purchase price refunded to your account within a few days. Cost for the return, you must be covered by the costumer.
